We're accepting new clients in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Minnesota and Washington State!
We accept most commercial insurance plans except (Medicare and Medicaid) and private pay.
Telehealth is not for everyone, learn more to see what we treat and do not treat.
Please complete the referral form and we will gladly contact your client for scheduling. You may also provide your client our website for self-scheduling as well.
